Where you'll be working: Ryde Hospital – Critical Care Unit (ICU/CCU) What you'll be doing: The Administration Officer plays a vital role in supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the unit by providing efficient, compassionate, and responsive administrative and customer‑service support. This position ensures smooth workflow for staff, assists with complex tasks and projects, and contributes to a positive patient experience by enabling timely, accurate, and patient‑focused services. The role also supports staff education, maintains up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant systems and procedures, and upholds professional standards and safe work practices in a fast‑paced healthcare environment. People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply. Candidates Will Need To Meet The Following Criteria Highly professional phone manner and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to be self‑motivated with good time management skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Well‑developed computer skills including accurate data entry skills.
