The successful applicant will be working closely with and supported by the Director for Project Management SA.Job Description

Lead and manage large scale real estate projects as the key client interfaceDeveloping working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completionManaging the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectationsReviewing project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc.Managing project safety and environmental requirementsManaging project timelines, risks and reportingManaging project budgets and advising on options to keep budget on trackQualifications

A recognised Degree qualification relating to a technical field: Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management10 – 15 years industry experience working on major health/retail/commercial/mixed-use developmentsAbility to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment.Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team.Experience in performance management of staff, particularly in growing and developing direct reports.Strong business development acumen is highly desirable.Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your clientsAdvanced Microsoft skills are essential.Technical ability to lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interfaceExcellent communication skills with a strong command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills.Additional Information
