Builders Labourer

About the Role Raybal Constructions Pty Ltd is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Labourer/Roustabout to join our team on the Central Coast. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone with a solid background in construction and a strong work ethic. Pay rate is negotiable based on experience. Key Responsibilities General labouring and site clean‑up duties. Transporting materials and equipment to and from job sites. Cleaning, maintaining, and storing tools and equipment. Operating power tools. Preparing work areas and maintaining clean, safe job sites. Adhering to all WHS procedures and company policies. Ensuring high standards of workmanship and attention to detail. Requirements OHS White Card. Current driver’s licence (vehicle provided for site travel). First Aid Certificate. Sound knowledge of building and construction practices. Proven experience using power tools confidently and safely. Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. Physically fit and capable of manual labour. First Aid Certificate to be obtained within 30 days of commencement. What We're Looking For Previous experience as a labourer or in a similar role. Minimum 1–2 years construction experience required. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Strong physical stamina and a proactive attitude. Flexibility to adapt across a range of construction projects.
