Overview The primary purpose of the Contracts Manager role is to provide commercial support and contractual leadership to a growing portfolio of complex and diverse projects across our business streams. The successful individual for this role will demonstrate strong leadership, organisational, and time management skills. Responsibilities Reviewing key risks and negotiating contractual terms with clients and subcontractors; Supporting and training tender and project teams throughout the project lifecycle on contract interpretation and best practice contract management, including developing contract administration tools and templates; Preparing and negotiating legal and commercial terms of subcontracts; Ensuring project compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements and all relevant company policies and procedures. ABOUT YOU We are looking for an ambitious and hands-on Contracts Manager who is looking to be challenged and step into a growing and successful team. To be successful in this position, you will have: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Quantity Surveying or Construction Management. 3-5+ years experience in a Contracts Management role in a construction/projects environment. Strong planning and organisational skills. Strong communication and mitigation skills. A professional demeanour and strong relationship-building skills.
