Marketing and Community Engagement Executive Bring your creativity, energy and community spirit to a brand with purpose. We’re seeking a Marketing & Community Engagement Executive to help bring our marketing strategy to life by delivering the overall group-wide marketing plan and service-specific marketing plans across our network of Early Learning and Outside School Hours Care services, through vibrant campaigns, memorable events and authentic community partnerships. Reporting to our Head of Communications & Marketing, your key responsibilities of the role include, but not limited to: Execute overall group-wide and service-specific marketing plans, ensuring consistent and optimum brand visibility Plan and deliver event management at a group-level, careers and across our services through community activations to drive brand awareness and attraction of enquiries and educators. Build meaningful local partnerships and community engagement, supporting the brand and all services through business affiliations, charity drives, sponsorships, supporting our schools and P&C’s with fundraising and support. Support the content plan as a content collaborator, producing monthly blog articles for our website and other digital channels. Delivering a high-quality customer journey for new families through outstanding communication and support Liaise with the Marketing Coordinator to deliver digital and print assets and marketing collateral, delivered on time, within budget and remain on brand. About you The business operates in a fast-paced environment, so it is essential that the right applicant is a hands on marketing professional who loves connecting with people, thrives on variety, takes pride in seeing your work make an impact, approachable, adaptable, highly motivated and ready to roll up their sleeves Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Communications or Business. 3+ years of marketing, events or community engagement Early Learning, Childcare, Education or service industry experience advantageous, but not essential Demonstrated experience coordinating marketing campaigns and community partnerships. Strong project management and organisational skills with a hands-on, can-do attitude. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Creative thinker who can bring ideas to life while maintaining brand consistency. Willingness to work a very occasional weekend or evening for community events as required. Strong attention to detail and content creation experience Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO best practice, Mail Chimp, Survey Monkey and CRM programs. Self-motivated with an ability to work independently and collaboratively Ability to build and nurture relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally Exceptional written communication skills Highly organised, proactive with exceptional time management Robust problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused approach Sense of fun, community, and a willingness to try new ideas. We’re offering $80,000 – $95,000 per annum, based on experience, plus the opportunity to grow with a team that truly values your passion and expertise.
