We’re looking for compassionate Caregivers across all areas of the Gold Coast who are available across a 7-day week to support our clients in living independently and joyfully at home. What You’ll Do Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with personal care and daily living tasks Help with domestic duties and meal preparation Support with transport to appointments, shopping, and social outings Be a trusted part of your client’s Circle of Care What’s in It for You? Work locally across the Lismore, Ballina and Casion region Flexible hours – work mornings, evenings, weekends, or overnight Above award rates Comprehensive training and ongoing support Employee Assistance Program for your wellbeing You’ll bring light into someone’s life, and they’ll do the same for you About You You have a big heart and a genuine desire to help others You’re personable, compassionate, approachable and respectful You’re located in the Lismore, Ballina and Casino region and willing to travel between clients You’re flexible with your availability and able to work multiple days You should be able to confidently navigate devices such as your own smartphone and tablet/laptop for using work-related apps You hold a valid Australian driver’s license, have a reliable car, comprehensive car insurance and a current Police Clearance You have the right to work in Australia Ready to bring purpose to your work?
