A successful Restoration Technician not only restores properties but also restores peace of mind for our customers. Bonus if: IICRC certified with meaningful previous experience in cleaning/restoration. Benefits Paid Holidays (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Christmas & New Years Day) After 90 Days – Personalize Colonial Life Benefits Options – Year 1 Company Pays $25 per pay period ($650 annually). This contribution increases each year ($1300 annually in Year 2, $1950 in Year 3, etc.). Employee pays any additional coverage above and beyond what Restoration 1 contributes each pay period. 1 Week (40 Hours) Vacation after First Year (2 Weeks after 2 Years and 3 Weeks after 5 Years of employment) Restoration 1 provides additional IICRC Trainings based on employee capabilities for additional certifications. After‑hours bonuses on top of hourly wages. Responsibilities Perform production/restoration process per work order and crew chief instructions. Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipment. Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. job site with a clean and appearance. Communicate openly with crew chief and other technicians. Qualifications IICRC certification (WRT) – not necessary Experience in cleaning/restoration. Experience serving commercial properties. Clean driving record (cannot have DUI or multiple moving violations per insurance). High school diploma/GED. Must be able to pass a criminal and driver’s license background checks. Physical Requirements Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance. Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics). Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time. Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects. Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals. Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary. Compensation: $20.00 per hour.
