With an in‑house team of Incorporated Engineers, Draftsmen, and Project Managers, we take pride in offering innovative and reliable results for even the most complex projects. About the Role As we continue to grow, we are seeking a permanent Service Scheduler to join our dedicated team and support our valued clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage and dispatch service technicians to HVAC service calls efficiently and effectively. Monitor and prioritize incoming service requests, ensuring timely response and resolution. Maintain accurate records of service jobs in simPRO software. Collaborate with technicians to book jobs, order parts and communicate with clients. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Facilitate communication between the field team and office staff, ensuring clarity in job expectations and requirements. Assist in managing inventory and ordering of parts and supplies necessary for service jobs. Liaise with the projects team and clients to schedule maintenance contracts to meet stakeholder expectations. Provide administrative support to the service department as needed, including scheduling and documentation. What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a highly organized and motivated individual with: Experience simPRO or similar job management systems (highly regarded). Professionalism and excellent communication skills. The ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure. Strong computer and email proficiency.
