As a respected and highly valued member of our educational team, you will: Be an integral part the team within the service and the broader GSE network Deliver a high-quality program reflective of contemporary practice and child initiated learning Strong focus on engaging with the community in a variety of fun experiences and excursions. Foundation knowledge of the NQS & EYLF, the planning cycle for each child and to complete curriculum as required, to also facilitate growth and development across all aspects of children's physical, social and cognitive development Keep children's health, safety and wellbeing at the forefront of all you do Host parent meetings or interviews as required - these include but are not limited to ad hoc and planned information sessions Attend and contribute to professional development both internal, such as staff meetings/networking and external opportunities Identifying and where appropriate facilitate family support information and programs Be able to mentor, support and supervise colleagues and students You will have/be: A teacher who is (studying) or has completed your bachelor's in early childhood education or equivalent (ECT ROLE) An educator who has Cert 3 or is studying Diploma/ has Diploma (EDUCATOR ROLE) Experience leading and guiding a Team.
