Production and Personalisation Assistant This role blends hands‑on work in our warehouse studio with daily content creation. You prepare and personalise customer orders using simple tools and software. You also create short‑form content that shows the process and personality of the brand. The founder works remotely, so you become the person who captures the studio day, films behind the scenes, and brings ideas for TikTok and Instagram. The core of this job is hands‑on production of personalised orders. Content is included, though the primary focus stays on fulfilment of customer orders. Hours Flexible casual. You can choose shorter days across the week or longer days on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. What you will do Personalise and monogram glassware with accuracy and consistency. Prepare orders and meet daily dispatch deadlines. Follow simple software systems and operate equipment. Capture and edit daily content in the warehouse studio. Film vlogs, packing moments and trending ideas. You have space to shape the creative direction. Plan weekly content concepts with the founder and keep a steady brand voice.
