Case-load management to support your interest areas Quarterly learning outcomes and role expectations, and a bonus scheme for top achievers Consistent 1:1 supervision with a senior Speech Pathologist and peer support from past graduates Admin support and NDIS admin support Multi-disciplinary case-conferencing for complex client needs Professional development funding to help you grow while maintaining high clinical standards Options to choose your career development path post-New Grad Program Who should apply?
