We are now seeking a motivated Part‑Time Associate Dentist who is committed to clinical excellence, personal growth, and building long‑term patient relationships. What We Offer Mentorship & Guidance directly from an experienced Principal Dentist State‑of‑the‑Art Technology, including: CBCT, Intraoral Scanners, Digital X‑rays, Intraoral Cameras, SLR Photography Equipment High‑Quality Clinical Environment with strong patient flow Attractive Remuneration: 35–40% commission (experience‑based) Retainer Support during initial 6‑month probation for the right candidate Support to further develop skills in Orthodontics, Invisalign, Oral Surgery, and Implants Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general dentistry with a patient‑first approach Build rapport and long‑term relationships with patients Maintain high clinical standards with accurate documentation and ethical care Work collaboratively with the principal dentist and multidisciplinary team Demonstrate strong communication and case‑presentation skills Skills & Experience Required Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a private dental practice Experience or interest in Orthodontics / Invisalign, Surgical Extractions, Implant Dentistry Confidence in sales, communication, and case acceptance High‑energy, hard‑working, and proactive approach to dentistry Willingness to learn, take instruction, and grow within a mentoring framework Must possess current Australian work rights Availability to work across both Castle Hill and Pennant Hills locations as required To apply, please send your resume and cover letter sharing how you see yourself contributing to our practice and grow together with us. #J-18808-Ljbffr
