As our Senior Analyst, Revenue Operations, you will advise and influence Sales & Partner leadership, shaping our future with expertise in strategic planning, sales optimization, and operational excellence. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to drive scalable growth in a fast-paced environment and gain visibility across the organization, including executive leadership on projects spanning go-to-market planning, territory alignment, PRM optimization, data quality, and business performance reviews. What You'll Be Doing to Drive Success: Be the strategic architect across all go-to-market planning, processes, systems, and analytics Forge powerful collaborations with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to create organizational alignment and clear visibility Command the data : Lead sales funnel analytics and reporting across the lead-to-revenue lifecycle, transforming metrics into actionable insights Master forecasting accuracy , coordinating regular forecast meetings that empower sales leadership Own the roadmap for revenue planning, headcount modeling, and sales capacity planning Revolutionize sales processes , from territory alignment and pipeline hygiene to improving overall productivity Build the future of insights : Define KPIs and construct dashboards delivering real-time views into performance, pipeline health, and campaign impact Ignite strategic conversations : Surface insights and partner with leaders to shape winning sales strategies Harmonize success by aligning compensation plans and quota-setting with financial goals, in partnership with Finance Clear the path for customers : Identify and remove friction points in the buyer journey Empower executive decisions : Provide performance insights and forward-looking projections for executive and board-level reporting What You Bring to the Table: 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Partner Operations in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment Proven mastery in sales process design, funnel analysis, forecasting, and revenue planning Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and hands-on experience with Salesforce Powerful BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills , with the ability to model complex business challenges Track record of cross-functional collaboration and managing high-impact projects under pressure Executive-level communication skills to influence senior stakeholders Bonus points for experience with SQL or similar data query tools A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; an MBA is a plus Saviynt is an equal opportunity employer and we welcome everyone to our team.
