The Opportunity As a Trainee Educator for Anglicare Early Years at our Goulburn Early Childhood Centre , you will play a key role in supporting the implementation and delivery of high-quality, play-based educational programs for children aged 0-5 years.You will establish warm, nurturing relationships with each child and friendly, supportive relationships with their families while attending to children's learning and well-being throughout the day.As a Trainee Educator, you be enrolled in Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care through Bedford College. You will receive mentoring and assistance from qualified teachers, including dedicated study time during work hours. As part of your traineeship, course fees are covered by Anglicare, along with any other training you may be required to participate in. What's needed to succeed? A strong interest in developing a career in educating, teaching and learning alongside young children. A deep commitment to ensuring children's wellbeing and safety. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and team members. High level of energy, enthusiasm, and creativity, with a passion for supporting children's learning and development. A focus on completing assessments to a high standard and ability to meet due dates. Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check (NSW) clearance prior to commencement of employment.
