About the Role: This role is central to realising and sustaining EVT’s hospitality commercial objectives and people‑focused values. You’ll drive performance, foster a high‑energy culture, and lead with purpose—delivering exceptional service while growing revenue and maintaining operational excellence. Key Requirements: Extensive proven experience in a GM or similar role coming from either branded or highly regarded independent hotels, with world class dining offerings. Strong sales and operational background with a track record of achieving revenue growth and profitability. Deep understanding of operational frameworks, risk mitigation, and WH&S compliance. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to be present, visible, and approachable across all areas of the business. Demonstrated ability to build and lead high‑performing teams, drive engagement, and develop talent. Experience in managing budgets, forecasts, and Profit & Loss reports with strategic insight. Strong sales and customer experience mindset, with the ability to act as brand ambassador and chief host. Ability to foster communiy relationships and maintain strong stakeholder networks. ntinuous improvement across service and operations.
