Responsibilities Collaborate with injured workers, potential employers and allied health professionals to provide safe, sustainable workforce entry opportunities. Facilitate injured workers’ return to work goals through job skills development, confidence building, and promotion of independence. Deliver outstanding customer service in employment services and job placement. Empower clients to present their skills and abilities when seeking employment. Broker new employment opportunities in the Melbourne Metropolitan area and surrounding regions. Build strong relationships with local employers and organisations. Complete written progress and other reports on a regular basis. Qualifications Experience in Occupational and/or Vocational Rehabilitation is highly desirable. Previous experience in Employment Services or Disability Employment as a high performer. Strong resume‑writing skills and understanding of the local labour market. Passion for assisting people to gain employment and enhance their careers. Ability to grow services and build strong relationships with key customers.
