This full‑time permanent role is based in St Leonards and reports to the Tender & Pricing Manager. The Pricing Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining Aspen’s pricing accuracy across all products and customers, ensuring price integrity, obtaining approvals for changes, and supporting pricing‑related reporting and analysis. Key Responsibilities All price list maintenance including GS1 data and pricing updates Manage and maintain the pricing master data file Prepare customer product and pricing announcements for approval and distribution Investigate and resolve pricing variances and related queries in a timely manner Maintain accurate product records including images, dimensions, and artwork for all current products Prepare daily reports for the Tender & Pricing Manager (by 9:30 am) Prepare monthly sales reports for the Financial Controller Assist with rebate allocation, validation and analysis reporting as required Generate and distribute updated product and price lists each month across departments Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure all pricing information remains current and accurate About You Tertiary qualifications in accounting or business, or relevant experience within the field Previous experience in pricing, rebates, accounts, or purchasing, ideally within the Pharmaceutical industry Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills Confident verbal and written communication skills Experience working with SAP, advanced Microsoft Excel and proficiency across the MS Office Suite GS1/NPC data management highly regarded Please note that we are managing this recruitment internally, and interested applicants should only apply directly.
