Customer Service Representative Dubbo

ABOUT THE ROLE You will be pivotal to our business. As a Sales and Customer Service Superstar, you will take ownership of an existing list of customers. We love our customers and want you to love them too You will be responsible for making deliveries of high-quality products to your customers, whilst also building relationships and making sales. You thrive on providing superior service and enjoy a varied, fast-paced role. The main focus of this role includes: Out on the road, selling and delivering batteries and accessories to trade/wholesale customers including farmers Manage an existing set of clients and build genuine relationships with them encouraging repeat business Pick and pack your daily deliveries before heading out on the road Complete accurate sales paperwork. We love attention to detail and so do our customers Represent our brand with pride and professionalism Consignment and stock rotation of products at customer sites Being a product knowledge superstar - we will teach you everything you need to know Live our values Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5.00pm (40-hour week) with Rostered Saturday mornings (paid at penalty rates) WHAT DO YOU NEED? To be successful in this role, you will need the following: MR licensed, or willing to obtain one Forklift licensed, or willing to obtain one Willing to work away from home 1 night per week or fortnight as required. All work expenses will be paid by company + you will receive a pre-tax allowance of $100 for each night away. Licensed and confident to drive a manual vehicle preferred Self-motivated with strong communication skills and comfortable speaking to all personalities Computer literacy for reporting and customer management Physically fit & must be able to lift repetitively up to 30kg Customer service experience with a passion to help our customers and achieve sales goals Driven to learn new products and processes.
