Storeperson / Warehouse Officer | Hydraulics - Canning Vale WA Located in Canning Vale, Western Australia, Gerrard Hydraulics is a recognised leader in hydraulic sales and services across all industry sectors. Apart from supplying and servicing an extensive range of hydraulic components from most major manufacturers, we are also the WA distributors for Oilpath Hydraulics, Baker Hydraulics, and Ryco Hydraulics hoses and fittings. If you're answering 'Yes' to this, then this is the company for you Entering an exciting new phase of growth, we are currently seeking an experienced, hard-working and reliable Storeperson / Warehouse Officer to join our branch in Canning Vale WA . The ideal candidate will ensure all customer orders are prepared accurately and all stock is replenished ensuring incoming and outgoing goods are recorded and checked. You would be working with our social, fun and friendly team in Canning Vale This is an excellent work opportunity for the right person offering a secure permanent, full-time position with great pay $$$. Interviews are available ASAP. Working hours are Mon-Fri between 8am - 5pm. (No Weekends) RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure customer stock orders are accurately picked in accordance with order requirements Restock and maintain stock picking bins for either consumable or inventory stock Picking and packing of stock Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods Organise and maintain inventory and storage area Ensure accuracy of shipments and inventory transactions. Calling and emailing customers when orders are ready for collection Assist with loading and unloading of trucks and containers Assist with cycle counting requirements Assist walk in customers and always provide customers with a high quality of customer service SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Experience within a Warehouse / Stores environment Basic knowledge of the hose and fittings industry Have a current Forklift ticket Be able to complete tasks involving manual lifting and product identification.
