About the Role Our teachers play an integral role in delivering dynamic, innovative pedagogy that inspires and engages learners, promoting a positive culture of inclusiveness, personalisation and care. We are seeking an Inclusive Learning Teacher to join our College. This is a full-time role, on a permanent/ongoing contract, and is a fantastic opportunity for either recent graduates or experienced teachers, to join the College. Key Responsibilities / Duties Ensure compliance with the Disability Standards for Education (DSE) and contribute to Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD) evidence requirements. Lead case management for identified students, including the development, implementation, and review of Personalised Support Plans (PSPs). Act as a primary advocate and point of support for students in a designated year level, promoting inclusion and equitable access to learning. Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, Learning Area Leaders, teacher aides, and support staff to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. Use varied instructional approaches to engage students and support meaningful access to the curriculum.
