Sales Consultant – AAA FNQ Battery Wholesalers (Cairns) AAA FNQ Battery Wholesalers, a leading supplier of batteries and related products in Far North Queensland, is seeking a motivated Full‑Time Sales Consultant to join our Cairns team. About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and customer‑focused individual to contribute to a dynamic and fast‑paced workplace. As a Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for customers both in‑store and over the phone. You’ll listen to their needs, recommend the right product or solution, and process their purchase quickly and accurately. You’ll also assist with day‑to‑day store operations. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in‑store, over the phone, and via email Assess customer requirements and provide accurate product recommendations Prepare quotes, process sales, and maintain customer records Conduct battery testing and assist with fitting where required Assist with stock control, merchandising, and store presentation Receive, unpack, and organise incoming deliveries Undertake occasional local deliveries and collections (manual driver’s licence required) What We’re Looking For Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not essential Good communication and customer service skills Basic computer and point‑of‑sale skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn about batteries and related products Manual driver’s licence required.
