This role is primarily responsible for spearheading the development and execution of a global marketing strategy, overseeing brand and product marketing, driving consumer engagement, leading innovative cross-channel marketing experiences, and nurturing a team focused on growth and brand presence.. The successful candidate will use their expertise in brand marketing and work with the directors to achieve BABYBOO’s 1, 3, and 5 year brand objectives.In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a fun, collaborative work environment and the opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-growth environment.Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:Brand Strategy & InnovationDevelop & implement the global strategic marketing plan. Consistently grow & develop the Brand marketing strategy.Lead development of annual brand marketing plan- defining marketing goals, objectives, strategies, and KPI's- in partnership with the Leadership Team.Marketing Team ManagementLead the Marketing team (Brand comms, Social & Influencer) Departments to hit set targets.Responsible for the influencer strategy and working with our influencer manager on the execution and measurement of all influencer partnerships.Project Management of Activations, Campaigns, & Collection LaunchesOwnership of the Marketing calendar.Campaign Project Management of Brand Campaigns & Collection Launches, from Pre-launch targets to Post-launch review.Design, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns, not limited to innovative & world-class go-to-market strategies. Ensuring our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts.Marketing Activity & Community ManagementBuild and implement the marketing calendar ensuring Babyboo is part of the conversation in relevant events and holidayDrive the Marketing calendar & marketing team, ensuring Babyboo is top & front of mind to our audience.Responsible for the overall management & results of Press, Publicity & reputation of both Brand & Directors.Public Relations Management (Awards, Press, & Overall Brand Image)Responsible for the Press strategy and working with our influencer manager on the execution and measurement of all Press partnerships, etc.Responsible for ensuring a positive & top tier brand reputation, through correct brand messaging & associations through correct aligning partnerships, affiliations, etc.Brand Voice & Messaging through all platforms; including adsEnsure Babyboo’s identity & brand positioning is elevated, consistent & aligns with brand requirements, across all consumer touchpointsOwn & manage brand communications across all Marketing comms, Advertising & Social channels, etc.Copywriter approval & messaging direction. Form strong, industry leading brand messaging comms that are impactful to our customer, by inspiring our copywriter, brainstorming your own & pulling the best from the team.Budgets, Reporting, & KPIsResponsible for the Brand Marketing & Branding investments; keeping in line with targets.Being innovative in minimizing spend and maximizing outcomeResponsible for all Brand Marketing KPIs/ key brand metrics; brand search, social, & engagement growth, etc.What you’ll need:Proven experience in a similar role (Marketing/Social Media Manager, Head of, or Brand Strategy) preferably within e-commerce, consumer goods, fashion, retail.A proven successful portfolio of brand activations, multiple projects ran simultaneously, & led/owned by you.Brand performance focussed, analytical & strategy minded.Expertise in managing the full brand development cycle from strategic development through to implementation and evaluation of outcomes.Eye for the finer creative details - understand the BABYBOO aesthetics and what our customer wantsHunger to get your hands dirty and get the job done when needed.Not only are you creative, innovative and think differently when it comes to opportunities & issues, but you are organised, efficient and have a strong focus on achieving results.Other Benefits:Competitive salaryHybrid (office/home) arrangement for high productivityOpportunity to work (and learn) in a fast-paced environmentStaff discounts and company events throughout the yearIncluded in Leadership team discussions & activities.For the full job description, please email your application and interest in the position to Rameesha, at to the volume of applicants, only successful candidates will be contacted.
