About the Role As our Digital Transformation Lead, you’ll be at the heart of how technology drives our business forward. One day, you might be mapping out a system integration strategy with our Marketing and Sales teams. The next, you’ll be partnering with Growth and People & Culture to streamline workflows, automate key processes, and deliver smarter insights through connected systems. This role is both strategic and hands‑on, ideal for someone who loves diagnosing business challenges, designing solutions, and making them happen. You’ll know when to roll up your sleeves to build and test, and when to leverage vendors or specialists to scale your vision. You’ll lead the company’s major CRM transformation — migrating from Salesforce to HubSpot over 12 months — ensuring every integration, workflow, and user experience adds measurable value. You’ll also optimise our broader SaaS ecosystem, connecting tools across the business to drive efficiency, data flow, and ROI. And through it all, you’ll champion innovation — introducing automation, AI, and emerging tech that enhance how we work and serve our clients. Note: This is not a software engineering or developer role. We’re looking for a strategic digital leader who can connect business goals with technology solutions – someone who understands the technical detail but thrives on delivering transformation. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in digital transformation, SaaS optimisation, or CRM migration (HubSpot and/or Salesforce essential). Strong understanding of systems integration, APIs, and automation – you know what good looks like, and when to build versus buy. A strategic mindset with commercial acumen – you prioritise projects that drive ROI and impact. A hands‑on approach – diagnosing, designing, and delivering change with energy and ownership.Experience collaborating across teams and managing vendors to deliver scalable digital solutions.
