Senior Project Manager – Communications & Shopper Saltmine Strategy & Creative We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager with 10+ years client‑side or agency experience to lead integrated communications and shopper projects at Saltmine. This is a 6‑month contract role (with potential to permanent). This senior, hands‑on role is for someone who understands agency life and thrives in complexity. You bring structure, calm, and momentum, and you know how great work is made and delivered. The Rule: Lead end‑to‑end delivery of communications and shopper projects Own scopes, timelines, budgets, resourcing, and production Partner closely with strategy, creative, and clients Manage financials with confidence and precision Anticipate risk and solve problems early Champion best practice and smarter ways of working You will bring: 10+ years experience in a creative or communications agency Strong experience across communications and shopper marketing Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills Calm leadership under pressure A solutions-focused, collaborative mindset This role is central to how our work lands in the world.
