Role & responsibilities: Collaborate with developers to design, develop, and implement scalable and robust systems. Lead the development of new features, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend using technologies via GraphQL and REST APIs. Build and enhance frontend applications using React, TypeScript and Redux, delivering elegant and high‑performance user experiences. Architect, build, and enhance backend data collection and processing using technologies such as PostgreSQL, GraphQL, Hasura, and AWS. Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize complex backend issues, ensuring high performance and reliability across all environments. Write maintainable, well‑documented, and clean code, adhering to best practices and coding standards. Actively participate in and lead code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality. Participate in agile development processes, including stand‑ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, fostering a collaborative team environment. Mentor junior engineers, sharing knowledge and contributing to their professional growth. Consistently research and apply new backend development technologies and techniques to enhance our platform. Experience: Must be a degree holder in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in fullstack with a strong focus on frontend. Proficiency in backend programming languages (e.g., Java, Go, Python, Ruby). Experience with AI technologies and a passion for AI‑driven product integration. Experience with AWS services and infrastructure. Flexible and adaptable approach to work, with a strong agile mindset. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, proactive, and exceptional at taking a project from conception to implementation. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills (must have strong written and verbal English). Eager to learn, take on new challenges, and drive continuous improvement. Passionate about delivering impactful results and contributing to a high‑performing team. The role is full‑time, hybrid (with 2‑3 days in office per week to allow for team collaboration).
