Asphaltech is a leading asphalt production and construction company located in Melbourne, Victoria. The Company operates in two states, with 30 years’ experience in Western Australia, and over 20 years in Victoria. After a recent expansion, we have positions available for a skilled and experienced Asphalt Production Plant Operators to add to our friendly and supportive team in our new location, Werribee. Qualifications & experience At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in a similar role A Valid Victorian Driver’s License and reliable transport Proficient in the Operation of an Asphalt Production Plant High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work in a team environment and to develop good working relationships with work colleagues, suppliers and customers. Willing to learn and be trained/mentored by others. Competency is required for Front End Loader. Tasks & responsibilities Ensure all operational aspects of the company management systems are carried out and recorded in forms. Operate equipment including Forklift and a Loader as required Ensure adequate quality assurance and control is carried out daily. Ensure safe work practices are maintained as per risk assessment and evaluation Manage internal and external trucking and cartage suppliers #J-18808-Ljbffr
