What You Will Do Teach – Guide groups of Year 7–10 students through content and problem‑solving. Coach – Motivate students to engage deeply with content and build confidence. Mentor – Share your own study journey and provide relatable advice. Connect – Build genuine relationships with students and families. What You Will Bring 99+ ATAR with 45+ raw study scores in VCE Maths (Methods, Specialist, or equivalent). First‑year university level knowledge or above in Mathematics. Prior tutoring or teaching experience (preferred, but not essential). Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts. Energy, empathy, independence, and a proactive mindset. A full academic year commitment with 6–10 hours of weekly commitment. Alignment with our mission (signed NDA and non‑compete required). A genuine passion for helping students succeed.
