This is an exciting opportunity to advance your career while serving the community. About You: You bring at least two years of experience in a professional, legal, justice, or community services environment, complemented by a Certificate III or higher in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification. Your minimum typing speed is 35 words per minute. Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients is highly valued. You demonstrate resilience, organisation, and energy in your work. You are prepared to provide at least two professional references. Key Responsibilities: In this role you will manage our switchboard and reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your duties include lodging Legal Aid applications online, completing legal correspondence, overseeing filing and mail management, and liaising with teams across Queensland.
