Are you a finance professional with a passion for process improvement and stakeholder collaboration? We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner to lead the charge in ensuring accurate, timely claims and invoicing across a range of government‑funded programs. In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with operational leaders to ensure all eligible funding is claimed and invoiced correctly. You’ll be the go‑to expert for billing systems and claims processes, helping to drive financial performance and compliance across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Oversee billing and claims across platforms including Splose, Lumary, DSS and DEWR systems Partner with operational teams to ensure all available funds are claimed Maintain strong knowledge of NDIS Price Guide and other funding models Provide clear, actionable claims reporting to Finance and Executives Deliver training and support to improve system use and claims accuracy Manage debtors and ensure timely receipt of funds Liaise with software providers to resolve issues and enhance systems Respond to audit requests and maintain strong evidence trails Support continuous improvement and act as backup for claims processing Qualifications and Experience 3–5 years’ experience in Employment Services or NDIS sectors Strong understanding of government‑funded claims processes Hands‑on experience with NDIS billing platforms (e.g., Splose, Lumary) Excellent analytical and reporting skills Confident communicator and business partner to operational leaders Experience in training delivery and system support Preferred: Finance or Business qualification Must meet compliance requirements: Police Check, WWCC, Driver’s Licence Why work with us?
