We turn abstract ideas into realities that transform the world for good. Responsibilities Provide consultancy services in the Water Infrastructure market across the ANZ region. Lead project delivery, client relationship management and technical leadership throughout ANZ. Collaborate with commercial, operational management, sales and technical leaders to create strategies, pursue opportunities and plan, develop and deliver a range of projects to achieve successful technical and commercial outcomes. Support the management of the NSW Water Infrastructure Section and the wider ANZ water group in team development, mentoring, growth, technical capability building and portfolio expansion. Act as the technical and project lead for water infrastructure design projects, providing guidance on large strategic consulting and planning projects. Drive business development and be responsible for work‑winning activities, including client engagement, opportunity assessment, bid and proposal support and commercial negotiations. Maintain strong client relationships, identify emerging opportunities, act as a trusted advisor to key clients and represent the Water Infrastructure team at thought‑leadership events. Ensure compliance with Jacobs QA/QC procedures, including deliverable reviews, commercial reviews and contractual administration. Facilitate the technical development of less senior personnel through knowledge sharing and coaching. Lead and support safety initiatives, driving Jacobs Beyond Zero culture of caring and implementing shared values. Support cross‑geography relationship building and work sharing to maximise global delivery benefits for clients and people. Qualifications Extensive knowledge and breadth of water services engineering and design. Extensive understanding of safety in design and its application. Extensive understanding of multidisciplinary interfaces in the design development of water assets. Extensive understanding of technical standards for design, construction and maintenance. Extensive working knowledge of the local environment, relevant industry and the local area. Knowledge sharing in area of expertise within Jacobs. Leadership drive within the team, contributing to a culture of excellence and successful projects. Leadership and participation in the Jacobs Community of Practice and support for discipline initiatives. Serves as a technical specialist in water engineering and design. Supports staff professional development by providing feedback and coaching on progress against goals. Demonstrable experience in leading and developing employees and teams.
