Overview HR Diver – Rear Loader (National Workforce) – Dandenong, VIC. Casual role with immediate start and an hourly rate of $38-$39/hr. Key Selling Points Competitive hourly rate: $38-$39/hr Immediate start opportunity available Flexible casual work arrangements Responsibilities Operate Rear Lift trucks to complete scheduled recycling waste collections Conduct daily pre-start checks and maintain vehicles in line with safety standards Follow route schedules efficiently, reporting any delays or issues as required Maintain clear and professional communication with dispatch and site supervisors Adhere to all site safety protocols, including correct use of PPE and hazard identification Qualifications Hold a current and valid HR Truck Licence Minimum 6-12 months’ HR driving experience Demonstrated reliability and commitment to early morning starts Provide a current driving history report Physically fit with the ability to safely enter and exit the vehicle multiple times per shift Role Details Shifts: Monday – Friday, starts at 5:00am and run for approximately 10-12 hours per day.
