ABOUT OUR CLIENT Our client is an ASX‑listed global financial services organisation who are seeking a Senior Enterprise Compliance Manager to join the team in a newly created role. ABOUT THE ROLE They are seeking a Senior Enterprise Compliance Manager specialising in superannuation. This Melbourne or Sydney‑based role reports directly to the Head of Compliance. The position is pivotal in supporting the superannuation business as they enhance, build and implement strong line 2 compliance practices across the business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Advise on compliance for superannuation, prudential standards, and regulatory matters; Manage compliance incidents, breaches, and remediation; Maintain compliance registers and monitoring programs; Review vendor compliance and conduct audits; Represent compliance in forums and escalate issues as needed; Deliver compliance training to staff and stakeholders; Prepare compliance reports for governance bodies; and Monitor and implement regulatory changes. KEY QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience in superannuation compliance; Has a proven ability to manage incidents, report breaches, and engage effectively with regulators such as APRA, ASIC, and AUSTRAC. Tertiary qualifications in law, economics, business, commerce or related field preferred; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Highly motivated, energetic, and capable of working autonomously; AND Ability to perform under tight deadlines.
