Showroom Consultant

About the Role The Showroom Consultant provides showroom customers with a personalised pool design experience. They guide customers through the latest tile trends, offer product information and advice, and assist customers in selecting the best match for their outdoor space. This ‘soft sales’ position is full‑time and permanent with a regular Tuesday to Saturday roster. Hours through the week are 8.00am‑5.00pm and 9.00am‑2.30pm on a Saturday. Responsibilities Processing orders and coordinating with internal Dispatch, Warehouse and Sales teams on stock availability and order fulfilment. Building and maintaining ongoing relationships with customers. Managing incoming inquiries and requests with promptness and a high level of service to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective and timely resolutions. Updating and maintaining customer records and sales order details in our SAP CRM system. Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
