VetPartners is looking for a driven and collaborative Learning & Development Advisor to join our high-performing team for a 6 month contract. Reporting to the Capability Director, you’ll play a key role in designing and embedding impactful learning programs across the organisation. Your work will support the growth and development of employees at all levels, helping to build a culture of continuous learning and capability uplift. This is a dynamic role that blends learning design , program management , and facilitation , offering the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a fast-paced, people‑focused environment. About the role Manage L&D Programs and Processes Manage the end‑to‑end processes for L&D programs and mandatory learning requirements, with support from the L&D Coordinator. Evaluate and report on program effectiveness and outcomes. Utilise project management principles to manage projects and meet deadlines. Create and Manage Content Effectively use appropriate learning technology tools for content creation or editing – Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Articulate 360, Camtasia, Powtoon, Canva, LMS. Identify and evaluate relevant source material needed to create content in with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders across VetPartners. Create or edit content aligned with solution design, following organisational practices, style guidelines and quality standards for content creation. About You You’re an adaptable and solutions‑focused professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is comfortable working with ambiguity. Resilient and proactive, you bring a steady, collaborative approach to navigating competing priorities and supporting people‑focused initiatives. Above all, you’re passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences and contributing to a positive, people‑centred culture. You will also bring : Tertiary qualification in HR, OD or a related field Ability to coordinate end‑to‑end learning and development solutions, including basic shell design of digital programs and embedding learning and e‑learning programs Experience managing cross functional and multi‑stakeholder projects within complex corporate and multi‑site environments Proficient in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to build rapport with employees and stakeholders Why join VetPartners?
