About the Role As a Junior Legal Administration Assistant , you will be based in our CBD office and your primary responsibilities will include: Reception Taking enquiries Handling incoming and outgoing mail Deliveries Court filing Photocopying, scanning and data entry Ordering and maintaining stationery Typing correspondence and legal documents Opening new client files/matters Documenting safe custody documents Preparation of invoices You will be reporting to the General Manager and will be working closely with our Administration Coordinator.
