Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of landmark civil infrastructure and urban development projects across Regional NSW. As part of a top-tier principal contractor, you will be at the forefront of delivering high‑profile works that shape the future. Base Pay Range A$200,000 – A$250,000 per year. The Role Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex civil and urban development projects from inception through to completion. With a focus on quality, safety, and commercial outcomes, you will manage multidisciplinary teams, drive stakeholder engagement, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end‑to‑end project delivery across civil infrastructure and urban development works. Oversee construction planning, programming, and resourcing. Manage project budgets, contracts, and commercial performance. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors. Lead, mentor, and develop project teams to achieve project and career success. About You Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, claims, and variations. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Leadership experience within a principal contractor environment.
