Role details The Digital Health Solutions Team at the Mackay Base Hospital is seeking applications for a Digital Change & Learning Trainer to join their team on a permanent basis. Your opportunity The Digital Change & Learning Trainer is required to deliver training to clinical and non‑clinical streams, whilst providing support to other team members in Digital Health Solutions. The role involves collaborating with a team and contributing to the delivery of effective computer‑based training to support multi‑disciplinary end‑user adoption of the digital applications within Mackay HHS. Training will be delivered in classroom as well as at‑elbow, one‑on‑one and small‑group settings. About The Team The Digital Hospital Solutions team supports the state‑wide Integrated Electronic Medical Record (ieMR) solution and offers opportunity to be involved in training delivery and system adoption, as well as change management and process redesign. The functionality of ieMR at this HHS includes Medication Management, Anaesthetics, SurgiNet, FirstNet, Care Delivery, Renal and Powerchart Maternity solutions and includes device integration for ECG and CTG. About Our Hospital And Health Service Mackay Hospital and Health Service has 6 hospitals, 2 multi‑purpose health services and 4 community health centres that employ more than 3,700 staff. The district covers an area of approximately 90,000km² and provides services to patients and their families in Bowen, Cannonvale, Clermont, Collinsville, Dysart, Glenden, Mackay, Middlemount, Moranbah, Proserpine and Sarina.
