Successful applicants will bring: Sound knowledge of the Australian Curriculum, including differentiated and personalised learning approaches. Experience implementing reasonable adjustments in line with the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 and Disability Standards for Education 2005. The ability to use data and evidence-informed practices to support individual learning goals and monitor progress. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with specialist staff, families, and external agencies. Excellent organisational and resource management skills to facilitate inclusive classroom environments.
