Greenland Australia Investment – Sydney CBD NSW An integral part of our Human & Admin team, the Office Assistant will be responsible for assisting in key aspects of administrative functions. The primary responsibilities include: Offering secretarial and administrative support to the Director of HR/Office. Assist in the planning and organising company events and staff engagement activities, such as team building, staff training etc. Managing office and display suites, handling insurance renewals, liaising with office building management, reserving meeting rooms, organising office stationery order and handling staff expense claims. Maintained detailed meeting minutes for administrative meetings, aiding in documentation and follow-up actions. Provide support in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screenings, and interview coordination. Assisted with various ad hoc administrative tasks as needed to support the overall office operations. Qualifications and Skills: Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin, with excellent communication skills. Minimum of 1 year of related experience. Excellent attention to details and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). #J-18808-Ljbffr
