You will be in an autonomous position, driving the sales growth for the Service business within the region. You will also be responsible for managing and maintaining the excellent service for our existing accounts and developing stronger partnerships.Your success in the role will ultimately by measured by the loyalty of the customers you are accountable for, maximizing revenue and growing our customer base across the region.* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.* Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.* Monitor account performance and identifying opportunities to add value and grow existing accounts* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.* Prepare and present regular reports on account status and performance.* Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit.* Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.* 5 years experience in a similar role, with proven success in account management, sales management or business development role* Lift Industry experience is desirable but not essential* Technical sales experience preferred* Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders across all levels* Proactive sales approach & customer focus* Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills* Experienced in reporting and must have an analytical mindset**There’s so much more to KONE than you may realise.*** Enjoy career progression opportunities within a global organisation* Access a range of benefits that engage and motivate our employees and help us make KONE a great place to work* Novated Leasing, ability to purchase leave, extra super, annual bonus and a car space* Grow with comprehensive learning and development programs covering a wide range of professional skillsWir bei KONE konzentrieren uns auf die Schaffung einer innovativen und partnerschaftlichen Arbeitskultur, in der wir den Beitrag jedes einzelnen wertschätzen.
