The role offers senior strategic clinical leadership as part of a multi‑professional team, focusing on clinical support for operational and education functions across the range of NSW Ambulance activities. Support for individual clinicians is provided through participation in the Clinical Advice Line on‑call roster. The position delivers out‑of‑hospital medical expertise to internal and external project and governance committees; supporting NSW Ambulance to innovate as a provider of advanced, flexible and safe mobile urgent and emergency healthcare. About You You are a highly experienced medical leader with extensive clinical expertise and advanced leadership capabilities, with a strong commitment to delivering safe, high‑quality, and innovative healthcare solutions. You bring strategic insight and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. With a proven record in senior clinical leadership, you combine sound decision‑making with a consultative and inclusive leadership style, building strong professional relationships, fostering a culture of integrity, and driving continuous improvement in clinical governance and patient care.
