Why not join the team that brings a smile every day to millions of people About the role Sunny Queen is seeking a Pasteuriser Operator to assist in the production plant. You will join a team of experienced individuals in providing the highest quality pasteurised products to local and overseas customers. This is a full time role, working 38 hours per week Monday to Friday between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm at our Wellcamp location. Responsibilities Oversee the pasteurising process via a computerised control system. Monitor and rectify any non‑compliance matter with the pasteurising procedure. Ensure plant staff comply with the general rules associated with pasteurising and hygiene (CIP). Take samples and run tests of product; and Follow all food safety regulations and SOP’s. Assist in other areas of the factory when required. To be successful in this role, you will need: Written and verbal communication skills. Strong work ethic. To work collaboratively within a team.
