We are seeking a motivated Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic team of health practitioners and administration staff. Our multi‑disciplinary clinic offers Speech Pathology, Psychology, Osteopathy, Remedial Massage, Naturopathy and Acupuncture. InTouch Health Co. has been operating for 16 years in a brand new premises in Gregory Hills, NSW, located 50 minutes from Sydney CBD. The clinic boasts a modern design, café and restaurant access on site, and convenient access to the M5, M7 and Hume Highway. Our strong local referral network and large internal client base provide an excellent environment for a Speech Pathologist to accommodate our growing client base and current waitlist. The ideal candidate is an experienced Speech Pathologist who values greater control over their career and work life while being supported in an established clinic. About the Position Compensation: $100–$144 per hour for therapy sessions, $225–$270 per assessment. Annual Salary (Full‑time Equivalent): $189,000–$226,000 per year (based on 5 × 7‑hour days, 45 weeks per year). Contract Type: Contractor model preferred (Subcontractor, Company or Trust). Work Flexibility: Flexible days and hours; half‑day sessions (morning or afternoon) available. Support: Full‑time administrative support and practice manager; in‑house CPD opportunities. Clinic Volume: Extremely busy clinic averaging 140+ new patients per month. Referral Autonomy: Ability to accept referrals based on practitioner skills and preferences. Qualifications A genuine passion for helping clients fulfil their goals. Confidence in their skills and a desire to be a leader in their field. An interest in having more control over their work life. Effective communication and enthusiasm for collaborating with other leading practitioners. A high level of client care.
