This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for cars who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Working from their modern office with onsite parking, great amenities and a genuinely supportive culture, you’ll play a key role in evaluating vehicle damage submitted through customer images and ensuring accurate, efficient assessments. Reviewing customer‑submitted images and assessing vehicle damage Determining whether the damage falls within the scope of membership services Allocating accurate repair time frames Communicating assessment outcomes clearly and professionally Understanding customer needs to ensure a smooth and positive experience Working collaboratively with the wider team to deliver fast, reliable assessments What you need? A passion for cars and the automotive industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Confident computer skills and ability to learn new systems Friendly, team‑oriented attitude Experience in vehicle repair, panel work or related fields is advantageous but not essential If you're as passionate about this position as we are, then please don't delay and APPLY NOW We are interviewing immediately.
