Your Opportunity – Manager, Perth Our team is growing nationally, and we have opportunities for specialists to play a key part in the team by: Being part of engaging engagements across advisory, restructuring, and formal insolvency. Helping clients navigate formal insolvency processes to protect value. Supporting clients with due diligence, financial analysis, cashflow modelling and project actions to deliver exceptional outcomes. Building trusted partnerships to deliver scenario planning, going concern analysis and guiding clients in duties and obligations, including on safe harbour. Deploying data analytics to diagnose issues and design integrated solutions. How are you extraordinary? You are a commonsense professional with a balance of analytical skills and commercial acumen, able to connect with people and solve problems. You bring experience across turnaround, restructuring, formal insolvency, and/or private credit relevant to the role level. You are capable of engaging with clients to communicate key issues and options to solve. You can link data analysis to identifying key issues and translate findings into succinct, visual strategy to deliver outcomes. You have the confidence to prepare marketing proposals, pitch packs, and evaluate target opportunities. You thrive in a national, collaborative team environment, learning from peers and supporting team growth. How will you grow? You will work in a national Deal Advisory group dedicated to assisting clients to drive value throughout the deal and transformation lifecycle. You will join a collaborative group of nearly 450+ professionals across M&A, Corporate Finance, Debt Advisory, Transaction Services, Value Creation and Valuations services. You will be a professionally relevant candidate with a range of qualifications, skills and experiences, including: Recent experience in Big-4, mid-tier or independent corporate advisory firms. Proven experience across turnaround, restructuring, insolvency, private credit, or related areas. Tertiary qualifications relevant to the role; ideally pursuing or holding a post-graduate qualification (e.g., CA, CPA, CFA, ARITA or TMA certification). Ability to prepare reports and presentations and deliver financial analysis. Strategic problem solving and the ability to unpack operational inefficiencies to improve performance.
