The Opportunity/About the role : Own and grow a portfolio of national retail and pharmacy accounts (e.g., groceries, wholesalers and banner groups). You'll be the primary point of contact for your accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships, driving growth, leading the Joint Business Plans (JBP), delivering promo Return on Investment (ROI), and driving best-in-class execution in-store and on clients' platforms. About you: To be successful in this role it is required that you can demonstrate the following: Lead end-to-end relationships for assigned national accounts. Develop and execute JBP with key customers (listing, pricing, activity promo calendar, retail media, displays). Build and execute retail growth plans, including planogram/shelf modular planning, marketing, and in-store activities. Plan and support New Product Development (NPD) launches and event uplifts. Strong ability to negotiate listings & trading terms, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment on joint business objectives to drive mutual growth. Strong commercial and analytical mindset: Oversee the weekly/monthly forecast/feedback for sales plans, seasonal and promotions/campaigns, ability to analyse sales data to identify opportunities and optimise performance, track performance vs Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)/targets and make data-driven recommendations. Collaborate with the business development, marketing & field sales team to ensure strong visual presence in store and clients' platforms, identify opportunities to maximise marketing ROI and targeting efficiencies. Confident engaging with senior buyers and stakeholders. Travel nationally as required. This role would suit the following attributes: Preferred to have at least 3 years of experience in Account Management (preferably in FMCG ), or Category (brand or vendor side). Strong communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to build rapport. Highly Driven and motivated to succeed with a growth mindset. Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized with time management skills, with the ability to multitask at times. Strong proficiency in computer literacy and the ability to work with CRMs. Good knowledge of Scan Data platforms like IQVIA, Circana or similar platforms. It is essential to have experience working directly with major Australian retailers and Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy. The position will be located in the Macquarie Park office.
