Salesperson – Construction Machinery Attachments Hardwood Forest Products Australia – Kilsyth VIC Experienced Salesperson – HFP Attachments Location: Kilsyth, VIC Full-Time | Base + Commission | Immediate Start About Us HFP Attachments supplies high-quality imported & Australian-made excavator attachments , as well as forestry and firewood equipment . We work with contractors, OEM dealers, retailers, and hire companies across Australia. We are looking for a results-driven salesperson to join our team — someone confident, proactive, and motivated to chase leads, close deals, and grow the business . There is also career growth potential for the right person to become a Sales Manager. Your Role Generate and follow up on leads Build relationships and sell to end users, dealers, retailers, and hire companies Prepare quotes, close sales, and expand our market presence Understand our product range and match solutions to customer needs Track sales performance and focus on profitable deals across attachments, forestry, and firewood equipment What We’re Looking For Proven sales experience (construction, machinery, or trade industries preferred) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated, confident, and results-driven Ability to manage your own pipeline and follow through on leads Ambition to grow your career and take on leadership opportunities Salary & Commission Base Salary: $65,000 – $85,000 p.a., depending on experience Weekly Step-Up Commission (Net Profit): Entry Tier: $6,000 – $19,999 → 5% commission Mid Tier: $20,000 – $39,999 → 7.5% commission High Tier: $40,000+ → 10% commission On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000 – $150,000+ for strong performers Uncapped earnings potential — your effort = your reward Commission is based on net profit , so you’re rewarded for profitable sales across all products , not just high-value items.
