Dare to join us.Responsibilities Champion voice of the consumer by bringing insights into the business to drive ongoing successManage and report on Brand Performance (Sales, Share, Profitability, Equity)Be a key player in reviewing activities to identify opportunities for improvementsLead cross functional teams to develop, implement and monitor promotional and BTL campaignsEnsure consistent execution of brand assets & messaging to instore execution About you Experience in similar brand marketing roles in the FMCG industry a mustDisplays a challenger mindset to drive brand growth; challenges the status quo and champions brand and quality standardsStrong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience in delivery of integrated brand and channel plans that achieve commercial outcomesTeam player with a strong desire to learn and growWorks both collaboratively and independently with tight deadlines and is flexible to adapt well in fast-paced environments Bega Group StoryBega Group is home to many trusted and iconic food and beverage brands.
