The Opportunity We are looking for quality and talentedChefs to join our kitchen teams across our Northern Beaches Venues (The Collaroy as well as The Newport) on acasual basis. To be considered at Merivale, you will need the following experience and attributes: 2+ years similar experience in a restaurant, bistro, or hotel Knowledge around different cuisines and cooking techniques ideal. Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and keen to learn. An understanding of HACCP and hygiene practices. Good communication skills, attitude and be a team player.
