Our Warranty team plays a critical role in ensuring our products are supported with speed, integrity, and excellence. About the Role As our Warranty Officer, you will join our great RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) team. You will ensure warranty returns are processed quickly and accurately, helping our resellers get replacements or repairs without delay. Your work will directly impact our reputation and customer loyalty. Key Responsibilities Process faulty RMA products back to suppliers in a prioritised, timely, and scheduled manner. Follow up and reconcile outstanding RMA items. Safely store faulty items in designated holding areas. Monitor and match RMA balances with system records. Use cost‑effective and trackable freight options; review rates quarterly. Respond to RMA‑related emails within 24 hours. Collaborate with your Line Manager to resolve issues. Participate in ongoing learning and development (e.g., Canity training, reading materials). What We are Looking For Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
